Every second and fourth Thursday of the month, non-birthing parents are invited to a support group facilitated by Baby Blues Connection.
This group for non-birthing parents offer a safe space to connect and support each other. Parenting is tough, especially when facing postpartum mood or anxiety disorders. This group is for those who didn’t give birth but are still navigating new parenthood. Research shows that 10% of non-birthing parents experience postpartum anxiety or depression, and 25% support a birthing partner with mental health challenges but no diagnosis is required to attend. Peer support is proven to boost mental well-being, so join us for coffee, conversation, and community. You’re not alone!
